With this in mind, all orders placed on Smokecones.com will be final and we will no longer being accepting returns for the foreseeable future. We send packaging and supplies to medical facilities and we cannot put our employees or other companies at risk by accepting potentially contaminated returned items.

All items purchased on Smokecones.com are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Also, please save the merchandise, original box and packing it arrived in so we can start a claim with our shipper. Notify our customer service team immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Smokecones.com of the damaged goods within the first 3 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please email our sales team at customerservice@smokecones.com to obtain an RMA number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. The package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for restocking, repacking and/or freight charges.

***All electronic devices must be returned within 7 business days.

***All electronic vibrating bases for Cones® pre roll filling devices must be returned within 7 business days.

***All scales are warranted with the manufacturer and must be returned to or fixed by them.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.

Smokecones.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued for future Smokecones.com purchases only.

If you refuse, return, or exchange your order, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed along with all shipping charges. If your order is returned (partially or in full) after having received Free Shipping or any other promotion code entered at checkout, you will be charged the original shipping amount plus any return shipping fees if applicable. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.


Credits will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order within 7 business days of receipt of your return.
