Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Free shipping- If you receive free shipping you order will go out ups ground. If you require a faster service you will have to pay for that level of service. No free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-2 business days, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Most orders arrive within 1-8 business days depending on the shipment method selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 4-5 days you will be notified. A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the packages are returned to, a $15.00 fee per box will be applied to your credit card. If you would like the package to be re-sent, there will be an additional fee plus shipping costs.

All items are inspected for quality and accuracy when they leave our shipping dock. If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for a damage claim to be filed. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify Smokecones immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Smokecones of the damaged goods within the first 3 days of receipt, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage.

If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please call to obtain an RMA number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. Depending on the situation, you may be responsible for restocking, repacking and/or freight charges. You will need the following information to authorize your return:

If you refuse, return, or exchange your order, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed along with all shipping charges.If your order is returned (partially or in full) after having received Free Shipping due to the Wellness Products promotion or any other promotion code entered at checkout, you will be charged the original shipping amount plus any return shipping fees if applicable.

Credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The package must be received within 15 business days of the RMA issued date.

When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
